In Home Lifestyle Newborn Session in Massachusetts

Ever since I had a baby, I am absolutely in love with in-home lifestyle newborn sessions. A lot of people aren’t sure what this means, which is totally normal. When you think of newborn photos, you think of the cute, posed photos of the babies wrapped up in a blanket and placed in a basket. Those require such a particular skill and newborn photographers are really so talented and careful with the little babies.
Lifestyle newborn sessions have a more laid back, casual approach. They usually take place in the comfort of your own home, which is very convenient especially since you just had a baby. Some photographers may pose the baby or have the parents handle the baby, but are a lot more informal than typical newborn pictures. My favorite part about lifestyle newborn photos is that they capture that exact moment in your life. Some families dress up a little, like Emily and her family of four, while some may be a little more casual. I love meeting the little babies and seeing how in love the parents are with the human they just welcomed into the world. For this particular session, I got to meet baby Nora for the first time and this was my last session (two days to be exact) before I gave birth to my son!
